On this week's episode, I sat down with Christine DeGennero and her duck named Goose. and this is Christine's bio:
Self-Care Alchemist
Christine is a mom, digital content and course creator and a love and light warrior who helps others heal their personal journey story through spirituality and self-love.
When Christine was 19, she enlisted in the US Navy after 9/11 and was part of the first military police group that replaced the Reservists after the historical attack on her home state of New York.
After leaving the Navy in 2006, she worked in women's health and physical therapy offices, counseling others to help them make the best health decisions regarding their health.
After her own battle with a serious illness, Christine discovered her passion for inspiring others, motivation and upliftment, and decided to pursue her purpose.
She created the Sacred Life List Method, which streamlined her goals to help her earn her bachelor's degree in Metaphysics, become an NLP Certified Master Life Coach, certified meditation and tapping instructor, and author of two books and planners.
Christine's Passions are:
Ducks, Coffee, and Helping Others Love Themselves.
Her best advice for living with passion and purpose:
If it's not fun, don't do it.
